We are excited to invite you to a community forum where you can meet the finalists for the position of Mashpee Public School Superintendent! 

The forums will be from 3:50 PM to 5:10 PM at Mashpee Middle-High School in the Paul Funk Health Careers Learning Center with the candidate and date listed below:

Upcoming 5th and 6th Grade Social

The fifth and sixth grade social is coming up on Friday, January 31, 6:00pm-7:30pm. This is a really fun social event with games, music, and snacks. Last year the students had a fantastic time and most 5th and 6th grade students attended. Please click below for more information!

Theater Performances This Week

Our after-school school theater club has been working on putting together the performance of Treasure Island which they will showcase four times this week. Three performances occur in school for students and the fourth is in the evening, and the entire community is invited. This team of teachers and approximately 45 students have been rehearsing for 16 weeks in preparation. Please click below for more information!

Mashpee Youth Baseball & Softball- Survey

Mashpee Youth Baseball and Softball would like your feedback!

We would love to bring back Girls Softball to Mashpee. Teams would travel to local towns for games and practices would be held during the week. This opportunity would be for girls in grades 3-6.

Quashnet Winter "Sweet Treats" Art Exhibit

Please come view beautiful artwork created by Quashnet Students.

The exhibit will be open to families the same days and times as the concerts (January 28,29,30, 5:00-6:00pm).

Hat and Hood Fundraiser

The student council will be hosting their annual Hat & Hood fundraiser every Friday this month to raise money for their upcoming fifth and sixth grade social. For the fundraiser, students of all grade levels are invited to wear a hat or hood for the entire day in school.

Mid Year Assessments

As you recall, we have refreshed our academic support services (MTSS) this year to ensure our students successfully master the curriculum. A significant part of this effort is our assessment process. The Mashpee Public Schools will conduct mid-year Renaissance STAR Assessments between January 13th and 24th.

With Dr. Hope Hanscom's resignation as she assumes the role of Executive Director of the Cape Cod Collaborative, I am pleased to share that Dr. Pam Gould will assume the role of Interim Assistant Superintendent of Schools, beginning January 21, 2025
